中国•宿迁软件园座落于省级宿迁经济开发区，园区按照国家级服务外包示范基地建设，总占地面积0.8平方公里，总建筑面积60万平方米，重点发展服务外包、软件研发、IC设计、数码动漫等产业。目前，首期单体23层、建筑面积4.2万平方米、各项配套设施完善的宿迁软件园大楼已全面建成投入使用。随着建设步伐的不断加快，园区将成为一个集公共培训、公共服务、商务居住、餐饮服务、银行、邮政、康体设施等多种配套功能于一体，具有鲜明产业特色和国内一流水平的软件服务外包基地。

China Suqian Software Park , located at the provincial level Suqian Economic Development Zone， constructed in accordance with the national service outsourcing model base, covers an area of 0.8 square kilometers with a total construction area of 600,000 square meters, focusing on the development of service outsourcing, software R & D , IC design, digital animation, and other industries.
